Shell Apartaments
Our first foray into the residential world was an exciting challenge: an apartment complex that required a complete renovation. We focused on improving each unit by incorporating a wide range of resources. From meticulous design that took advantage of every available nook and cranny to the integration of elements that ensured maximum comfort, we strived to make each residence truly livable. We are proud to have transformed this complex into a place where functionality and wellness blend harmoniously to create welcoming and comfortable homes for its residents.
Challenge:
The renovation of a four-unit residence was no easy task. We had to carry out a complete redesign of the interior of the entire property while maintaining the original exterior design. This involved not only designing the interior of each apartment, but also modifying the entire plumbing and electrical architecture to ensure greater safety and comfort for the residents.
Our Solution:
Undertaking a complete interior makeover involved dismantling every corner of the apartments and then rebuilding them from the ground up. We implemented major improvements, such as installing insulation to maintain heating, a feature that the residence previously lacked. In addition, to improve the comfort of the residents, a dedicated space was incorporated in each unit for laundry, thus preventing them from having to leave the residence to perform this daily task. These improvements not only transformed the appearance of the apartments, but also significantly improved the quality of life of their occupants, providing a more comfortable and functional environment in all aspects.

In addition to the internal design remodel, we also made significant changes to the exterior of the property. We implemented new siding, roofing and, most notably, a complete transformation of our rear parking lot. This area was completely renovated: we removed the existing vegetation and paved the area to create a safe and convenient parking space for residents. This significant change eliminated the tedious task of finding a parking spot, giving residents the comfort of having a safe place for their vehicles right at home.
INTERNAL renovation
The internal renovation was one of the most complex aspects of this project, but the end result was highly satisfactory. A number of significant improvements were achieved, including completely renovated bathrooms in each apartment and a reconfiguration of the kitchens to make better use of the available space. In addition, one of the most notable improvements was the addition of a laundry room in each unit, which was especially gratifying as it eliminated a tedious chore for the residents. These improvements not only beautified the apartments, but also significantly improved the functionality and quality of life for those who live there.
