Each element has been carefully chosen to harmonize with the style and functionality of Kensington House, ensuring a unique and immersive living experience.
Challenge:
Finding a neglected house is always a challenge when remodeling it. On this occasion, we were faced with a property that lacked a pleasing design, which hindered comfort in the room and gave the home a neglected appearance. In addition, the deterioration of the paint and floors, due to the passage of time and previous tenants, prolonged the challenge beyond the usual. However, our commitment to excellence led us to overcome these obstacles with determination and creativity.
Our Solution:
From a renovation of the kitchen design, focused on making food preparation more comfortable and making better use of the space, to a complete change of flooring and painting throughout the house, were some of the transformations we carried out to achieve that modern and cozy residence that we look for in each of our projects. We strive to create environments that are not only aesthetically attractive, but also functional and comfortable for those who live in them.

The kitchen design presented an exciting challenge, as we were committed to maximizing the available space. To achieve this, we made the decision to knock down some walls and build an island, which gave the space a modern and updated approach. This change not only allowed us to make better use of the kitchen area, but also created a more spacious and luminous environment thanks to more natural light. We are proud to have transformed this space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing area that will surely be enjoyed by its inhabitants.
bathroom renovation
Although the bathroom design remained intact, we carried out a complete renovation, from the installation of new cabinets and flooring to the laying of tiles. In addition, the plumbing was replaced due to the deterioration caused by age, thus ensuring optimal and safe operation. Finally, we culminated with a painting of extraordinary colors that infuse the bathroom with a renewed air of life and freshness. We are delighted to have succeeded in transforming this space into a revitalized and functional environment that will undoubtedly be enjoyed by all.
